Design a single unified booking experience that reduces friction end-to-end. Achieved a clean one-flow booking journey that reduced task completion time by an estimated 40% in prototype testing.

International students at TU Dresden were switching between 6+ disconnected apps daily for Mensa, transport, payments, complaints and events, creating friction and mental overhead. Design a single student dashboard that centralises all campus services. Mapped student journeys, ran card sorting, built 3 personas, and iterated through wireframes to a high-fidelity Figma prototype. A clean, accessible dashboard that reduced service-navigation steps from 6 apps to 1, validated through usability testing with real students.

Municipal water systems were losing significant volume due to undetected leaks, with no real-time visibility for residents or authorities. Design a mobile app connected to an Arduino IoT sensor system that monitors flow, detects leaks and tracks water quality. Researched user pain points via surveys, designed intuitive dashboards with GPS leak mapping and motor control, and tested with 25 participants. A fully functional IoT-integrated app enabling instant leak alerts, real-time TDS monitoring and remote motor control, cutting response time significantly.

Job seekers were tracking applications across spreadsheets, email threads and sticky notes, losing track of deadlines and interview stages. Design a centralised web platform to manage the full application lifecycle in one place. Identified key user workflows through interviews, designed a clean dashboard with application stages, timeline views and status filters, then iterated based on usability feedback. A structured tracker that gives users full visibility of their job search pipeline, reducing missed follow-ups and improving application organisation.
